Return shipping may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of Robabkia error.
How do I return an item shipped by a seller?
Robabkia.com cannot accept returns of items fulfilled by sellers. Items fulfilled by sellers must be returned to the merchant according to the seller's return guidelines
If you need to return an item that was fulfilled by a seller, please contact the seller directly.
I've returned my item; how soon will I receive my refund?
Once the carrier has received your item, you should receive your refund in 10-15 business days. However, if you ship the item back to Robabkia at your own expense, it may take longer to receive your refund.
If you shipped the item back to Robabkia at your own expense, and the return is the result of an Robabkia error, you will be refunded your shipping costs when we process the return.
